REDUCE CARBON FOOT PRINT

How to reduce carbon footprint as an individual, as a family, as a community, as a society, as a city, as a continent and as a planet?
Some of the organisations are already working on these issues at large scale, This website is to do the demo to every individual / common man like you and I reduce our carbon foot print by doing simple everyday stuff. Before we start with the steps I would like to tell you it’s can be very easily adapted to your lifestyle.
Today living a sustainable life style it’s either an effort or a fashion statement. Did you know our ancestor’s believed in co-existing with nature and added their values in bio-diversity, was it a sustainable living? Well, I believe it was. Even today there are very few people, connected emotionally to our environment. It’s no secret to analyse, living a sustainable lifestyle is already in our blood it has just been over looked. It’s easy to be back on track, I have formalised few of the techniques can reduce my carbon footprint. If you know other different techniques please feel free to discuss in the comment below. I will be thrilled to learn more holistic approach to sustainable living.
Techniques I would like to discuss in this site:
Step 1: Food, energy and waste management at home and it’s benefits.
Step 2: Indoor Plants, Vegetables, fruits and herbs.
Step 3: Home and interiors.

There are few tools used in the market to help you understand the above scenarios for commercial use. For home to our everyday application we can use our good judgment. Here is some of the list of the tools used in the market today to have a same understanding in industry; Part L building regulations, BREEAM, Code for Sustainable homes (CfSH), SAP, SBEM, Energy statement, energy performance certificates, Eco-homes, PassiveHause, Part G water calculation and Thermographic Surveys. Basic principles are same for all these tools: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. This was a first principles which was developed before the existence of these above mentioned tools. These tools reciprocates 6R’sand 9R’s are indicated in below examples,
Eg: using clay pot on fire wood, for cooking vegetarian meals for an entire family of 5 at once in a huge fields with 100 trees or minimum 5 trees. This is living life in harmony with nature.
If this example can be  incorporated to present day lifestyle by using technologies, modern science, individual initiatives and above mentioned tools. We can start living a life in harmony with nature again. This post is all about using the 3R’s Reduce, Reuse and Recycle taking in charge of individual initiatives in our daily routine.
